Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 are processed on the next business day.
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Times & Cost

  • Shipping cost: Free (currently).
  • Delivery windows (start after dispatch):

 

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Canada: 5–8 business days
  • Europe (EU/EEA/UK): 5–8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–16 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs inspections, peak seasons, extreme weather).

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order ships.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Changes

  • If you need to change your delivery address, contact us before dispatch.
  • After dispatch, we can’t modify, reroute, or cancel the shipment.

Split Shipments

  • To speed up delivery, items in your order may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost.

Duties & Taxes (International)

  • For applicable destinations outside your country, duties and taxes are prepaid by us (DDP).
  • If any local authority requests additional information to clear your parcel, we’ll assist.

Delivery Issues

  • Tracking not updating: This is usually a scan delay. Most parcels still arrive within the estimated window.
  • Late or missing delivery: If your order exceeds the timeframe above, contact us so we can investigate.
  • Lost or damaged parcels: Email us within 14 days of the delivery date or last tracking scan. For damage, include clear photos of the packaging and item.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • We can edit or cancel an order only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order can’t be stopped in transit.

Returns

  • If you decide not to keep your item(s) after delivery, our 60-day return policy applies.
