Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—before dispatch only. Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (orders placed after 13:00 are processed the next business day).
Once shipped, we can’t modify or cancel the order. You can still return within 60 days after delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal may also be available at checkout depending on your location.
How long will delivery take?
After dispatch, typical delivery is:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- Rest of world: 5–16 business days
Shipping is currently free. Times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Do you ship internationally and are duties included?
Yes. For destinations where duties/taxes apply, we ship DDP (prepaid by us) so you shouldn’t have to pay extra on delivery.
How do I return a product?

Items must be in original condition. Return shipping is customer-paid, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Use a tracked and insured service.
What if my product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect?
Contact us at Contact@ReliefCraft.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll resolve it quickly and cover reasonable return shipping where applicable.
